Yeah, it's just a shame that the devs were too lazy to put the full body mesh under their clothes but it's pretty easy to get it done. I'll try it soon

You need 3ds max to do that. You import a nude mesh of one of those DOA5 girls i have ported and delete the head. After that you import the one you wanna keep the head to add a new body.
Thank you attach the head to the new body and rig it again.
