Simply added the vehicleenvmap128 reflection to the original wheels.

The amount of reflection is 30, just like San Andreas' default amount.

The env is a good replacement for specular, which makes the default tyres light grey. This mod has broken the vertices and recalculated normals making round parts (tyre surface) look more cornery. It needs correction to the UV to remove lines from nearby sectors on the texture atlas.
