Project Overhaul is a total replacement for Gta SA Particles and Effects and much more.

This modification also comes with enhancement, categorized as plugins:
* New ImVehFt Textures
* New Grass Textures
* Rain drops on vehicles
* 3D Sound effects of Rain, Storm, Sandstorm, Fog and Snow


All of the textures are in HD resolution, packed with DXT5 Compression method and mipmapping enabled to just focus on quality.
