Realistic Weapon Settings Mod like GTA5 (3.0) UPDATE

This is my Weapon settings for San Andreas which makes all the weapons walkspeed improved and range and shooting improved like in Grand Theft Auto 5

It includes
Country Rifle Reloading with better range
Only carry One Pistol with better range
Fixed one handed Sawn Off Shotgun reloading with better range
Better one handed Tec-9 Shooting with better range
One Handed Uzi with better range

I hope someone could help me with the melee weapons like the golf club
you can run with the golf club but you can't with the other melee weapons
