The 230 is much better than the 210 and doesn't cost much more. Your PC IS low end. It doesn't really do any good to install more RAM if your processor is old and slow. Then if you upgrade the processor you'll need a bigger power supply, perhaps a newer motherboard. Best thing to do is buy a new computer with quadcore, DDR3. I doubt GTA5 will run on yours, I doubt GTA4 would run.
