Unusual Vehicles On The Road And Unusual Colors (UPDATE)

This mod will spawn the SWAT Truck in traffic which only appear during the final mission "end of the line" and also the rare and sports cars will spawn frequently. :)
And car colors will not be your usual one. This is unique LOL XD

Replace files in your SA/data Folder :)
