60 FPS (Frame limiter)

@Mr. Raspberry Jam If you are going to make a gameplay of San Andreas it will make it in 60 FPS. This thing also help me. Because if i record mine fps was 15 and then i make this then my fps change to 60 FPS

@Husnain Butt sounds good, because if I record my game in full 4K resolution I always have frame drop from 90 to 50. goddamn Titan X -_-

Your mod is great, it makes my San Andreas a bit more fun to play with high FPS! But here's a problem, every time I press F5 to change User tracks, the game will crash? When I remove your mod and then try it again, the game will not crash?
