Download this file. Extract the file. Open IMGTool for android and search for the car you want to replace. Hold your finger on the car and press replace. Rebuild archive. PLAY

Download GTA IMG Tool for android
Open gta3.img
Replace the car by holding your finger on the car name
Rebuild and play.
