yep i have very good pc
but gta sa still lags and i need more fps mod
gta 4 and gta 5 are working fine on the highest settings (gta 5 lags sometimes when im in forest or something)

i didnt gived any tools and i didnt created any tools
i created only animation mods like ped.ifp for gta sa
i didnt create any .exe . jar etc
im not a program writer lol
i can write easy program in notepad like calculator or virus that can delete system32 but im not creating thing like viruses or tools that can hurt you system
