The Lensflare configuration you used in the screenshot, is configured by me. Heck. The Original Lensflare variaton was created by Hollow, I then customized some Lensflare, and mixed them together. Get your facts straight bruh.

What Mods? Graphical mods, car Mods, Cleo Script mods, Map Mods, Sound mods, or what?

Well, I will just telling you the basic things you need. Graphical mods known as Graphic Enchancement usually created with ENB. You can go to enbdev.com to download some file, and customized it by yourself. Car Mods require Patience, and extra attention, because you need to do some major Things that you probably never know. You need 3dsmax, Zmodeler ( I recommend V 2.2.4), TXD workshop, DFF Viewer, and other sufficient things you need for it. Cleo Script mods were usually created with SannyBuilder. You can google it, and download some of it's basic file, and you could look up for some online Cleo Scripts tutorial on gtaforums.com. Map mods are different from others. It requires high focous mind to really make a detailed map mods. You need Google Sketchup, and other things as well. Sounds mod are unique. You can't open it with Basic Windows Media player, you need San Andreas audio toolkits for it. Replacing the file could be difficult as well, but as soon as you learn it, you'll used to it. You could pay for it on their official website, but you could pirate it on kickass.to as well, though I recommend to buy it to have the full features.
