Hi nategrey i give you tutorial firts download skin mod for gta sa you want and open that compressed archieve now open gta3.img and replace any girl ped you want and open the txd file with txd workshop and chose export all texture to png and dont forget to check dff if the dff and txd texture same like in dff need texture teeth123.uni and in txd texture is teeth123.uni it probabli work and export that texture you extract to txd.Txt or to gta3.txt if you have problem to extract some restricted txd file i sugget to use quick txd extract or txd fucker to extract the restricted txd i hope this can help you and sorry for my bad english
