Change Date beginning The Game

Hi Guys, Today i made a mod change the date when you start the game from the beginning

i made it whith cleo text because if i open american.gxt and i replace the date the

person who had 6 Languages "Like Me" didn's see the date so if you made it whith cleo

any Language you choose you will see the date
