Color Pencil Radar mod

It's very beautiful radar.
Installation:
Note:Use one of these two radars.
1.copy "fronten2.txd" to models folder.
2.import the files in "to gta3.img" to your "Modelsgta3.img" by using an "IMG editor".
for example Alci's IMG Editor
3.Rebuild.
4.Enjoy!
