dude, i think your enbseries configuration is wrong :/
enblens.fx, enbeffectprepass.fx and enbbloom.fx are files used for enb v0.248, these files are unusable on GTA SA if you are not using enb 0.248, and i found that you have hybrid configuration man, you cant load enbseries with fxaa and with hybrid config, this will make GTA SA unstable :/

guys try this method:
Try not to install the skybox to prevent your game from crashing.. it took me awhile to think of that... anyway its beta tho

The ENB is great but there's a problem the skybox dosen't working and the color it's a little stronger but your ENB is great keep it up 810
