for Franklin's ability you made a different Handling.dat in *.cs file.
Like that please make a different Weapons.dat in *.cs file

look man i understand what you want, but I am not a pro in scripting. And even if you ask a pro, I don't think it's possible to make a different weapon data in any cleo script.
So you will have to be satisfied with this.

that's something only coders will understand buddy.

And one more thing, I didn't put any new handling in franklin's ability mod(I just used 'perfect handling' cheat function for that.)

You Use "PROFESSIONALKILLER"(max weapons status) cheat in this mod and use This Weapon.dat:

If you do that, weapons accuracy will be 100%.
also with this "weapon.dat" when you reach max weapon status, accuracy will be 100% too.

I understood, but there is no way that this will happen in cleo.
Because gta sa and cleo, both are limited in their respective areas, and gta sa being an old gta game can't offer very much in terms of coding.
