This is a safe house in which CJ spent some money and repainted and remaintained it, it is in the grove street
open txd ws,img editor
select gta3.img from model folder in gta sa main folder replace contachou1_lae2.txd (in file folder) with contachou1_lae2.txd(in gta3.img)
and replace ext_doors_old.txd(in file folder) with ext_doors_old.txd in (gta3.img)
Holaaa cj got new home
