This is the final update for the mod: Removed 'forbidden areas' for peds and vehicles.

Mod range is now increased to X:50000.0, Y:50000.0 and Z:1000.0

I like it but they're too many cars. I reduced their numbers in popcycle .. better.

@modeeper: This mod only enables the traffic/peds on forbidden paths. Popcycle is optional.

That's just great. Cars going down stairs then through the Skate Park... it's just not for me.
