happens many times with me too the administrator deleted your uploaded mod i dont know why and my mods also got deleted by administrator.

lol torinz you are posting 5-10 comments on 1 mod so that you can get a many comments posted title like god father king etc. are you a kid bro don't do these types of kid stuff and that godfather title will not make you a real man it will not give you the respect which you want because of this spam and too many useless comments people will quickly know that you are a kid don't waste your respect like this free advice

Don't worry it's free to edit,but you can't share edited'mod without the real author,at least write the author name in the bottom of the readme :)

sorry i did'nt remember enough,because i've tried many ENBs and i forgot that one,looks like it's just using render.cs because i forgot

but why lock ALL cars? Can we get a version that doesn't lock all cars?

I haven't downloaded this myself, but if the "locked cars" system just had a random number assigned to each parked vehicle, with a different "less/more likely to be locked" depending on the car type. (Sports have higher lock rate vs a convertible which is, well, you know.

I'm just preaching to the choir here, but I don't think this is a good addition, though the hard work is appreciated in my view.
