This mod creates a marina bar, restaurant, lounge, dance club & strip club on the wharf of Verdant Meadows airfield.

Features of the club:

- Small and funny interactions in drinking and smoking (changes game speed, visual and weather alterations)
- Ice cream stalls
- Several interactions with the peds
