it can on PC.you just download this mod and rename the file name .csa to .cs
.csa is cleo for android and .cs cleo for pc
try it..

You just renamed "Building_Effect.cs" to "Building_Effect.csa"
It looks stolen 1/10
Also you can't zoom with sniper and camera
another 1/10
If you fix it in next version I will rate 10

The mod will be Turned off by selecting sniper or camera.
