Sweet Timecyc 2014

Modified all cycles, better color sky blue .. nice little improved draw distance, some paint was left.
I hope you will enjoy it processed in the ingame timecyc editor by fastman.

Installation - Data folder and replace gta_sa.exe and it's done .. It works in SP and MP.
