It could run rather well, however remember. iCEnhancers for GTA SA are more for screenshots making than normal gaming.

i have already downloaded and test it,the resuts..
Really Great!!(even i have to run in smaller resolution with 32bit)and a huge Modifications in my GTA SA(almost 80% of Vehicles are Modded,and im using BSOR Vegetations)
but it can runs smoothly(just a little lagggy if there are so many vehicles or Vegetations
Also i dont really like your enb pallete,but i can change it with my pallete collections and the overall..is 9/10! :D
