Why you set Kosovo,that isnt country ..Serbia is country and Kosovo is in Serbia?

That poland one is pretty uncorrect, we use EU flag instead of our own since 5 years ;/

My name is jure9000 and i am from slovenia and all plates from other country licenxe plates have capital plates but i want to know way slovinia has plates of a second bigest city.
