Race Like Vehicle Camera

Sets a new camera mode behind the vehicle. It's very useful in flying in aircraft, could be useful in high speed riding.

The view params are automaticly sets depend on vehicle sizes, but you still can adjust it how you want, adjusting usually takes les than three seconds.
Back/left/right views (wigh SMG shooting) are still functioning. All the rest - inside the archive
