CJ can't wear this wingsuit just a pedestrian in san andreas. use the cleo mod player replacer to choose the man with the wingsuit.

have a look in the readme..you need img tool to open the gta3.img. then press f2 and search for the hmycr.dff and hmycr.txd. right click and extract and put it in a backup folder for example gta backups or whatever you want..then replace the dff and txd in the img file with my ones from the folder you downloaded..
