GTA 4 HQ Roads to SA

A lot of work for nothing. What's the sence of making this if there is already such mods as SRT3....

Please do not really know how to install this mod ......... please email me simple instructions

I also tried many programs and still nothing

vlad first you need to donwload and install Gta sa mod instaler and than you have to extract your files and find a file Gta 4 hq roads sami instal just open it and press continue and install in sami and thats how to install it
