Tweaked ENB for Low-End PC

Hello there, this is my customized ENB-series presets for low-end PC usage.

Bare in mind that FPS is still low - but not low as it used to be.

Test environment:
CPU: Intel Pentium IV 3.06 GHz
Physical Memory: 2GB total
Video Card: nVidia 8500 GT w/ 512MB Ram
Screen Resolution: 1024x768 (10-20 FPS), 800x600 (18-39 FPS)
AA/AF Settings: 8xQ AA, 8x AF, all other settings are activated.

My conclusion to FPS rate is: That's enough for general playing :)
