SA_ProjectIV Timecyc for Mobile

A timecyc and colorcycle mod that tries to replicate GTA IV's colors. This is an updated version of ProjectIV timecyc.

Features:
Extrasunny weathers have lower brightness but more saturation while Sunny weathers have a higher brightness but lower saturation
SF Sunny and Extrasunny has a bluer tint to give off a colder vibe.
In desert, the sunny weather has a high brightness and also more saturation to give off a hotter vibe.
Clouds is more visible in sunny weathers than Extrasunny weathers
Bright nights so you can see the surrounding pretty clear
Got rid of pitch black sky at night
Cloudy, Rainy, Foggy and Sandstorm weathers have a lower brightness
