GTASA HD Props mod from SA09 Edited

I made some small edits to HD props mod by SA09

what has changed:
1: add reflection to lampposts
2: add lightbeam corona texture to lampposts

requirement:
skygfx(set vehicle pipeline to "Env")
---------------------------------------------------------
How to install:
1: import the pngs files into the particle.txd that you are using
2: put "NEW HD Props for GTA SA PC Edited" into the modloader folder of your gtasa
