LS Downtown Night Windows

This is a mod for GTA San Andreas that enhances the night-time aesthetics of building windows in the Los Santos Downtown area. The mod significantly improves the lighting on the windows of skyscrapers and other large buildings, making them resemble the vibrant and detailed look of window lights seen in GTA IV and GTA V.
