Kill Cam v1.4

This mod adds a "Kill Cam", that is, when the player kills someone (or dies himself), you will see a slow-motion camera showing the death of the character.
In .ini, you can configure the chance of Kill cam triggering, game slowdown, and visual effects on the screen. It is recommended to use it with the "Death Animations mod", or with the Ragdoll mod for beautiful moments. To skip the Kill Cam, press Space.

- Added the ability to always activate Kill Cam by pressing one key. It is configured in .ini;
- The ability to change the .ini key to terminate KillCam. By default, the Space key;
- The health indicator is removed during KillCam;
- Added a percentage to the .ini to demonstrate the main character during the shooting;
- Fixed an issue with the previous version when the main character did not show up during the shooting at all.

Added a camera on the player during the kill cam when the player shoots (as in Max payne 3). It works randomly and goes very well with the Weapon Details mod.
