UPDATE : rebuild with latest solution & pre compiled shader

Skygfx by Author: aap (The Hero)
Extended Version: Junior_Djjr
Reflection Follow Fix : Me

now env reflection follow to camera instead player like GTA IV / V

known error : wind shader doesn't not work because Djjr repository didn't not get updated

i have an enb mod with only the vehicle reflections and water effects and i have a skybox that changes skybox files.
i want to get a mod that needss mod but it crashes.
does this not work with enb reflections? i see everywhere this mod says they work ok together but not in my case.
