GTA IV GUI and load screens

Too anxious for the PC release of IV? Why not make do with San Andreas
for a while? Here's a GUI mod that replaces the default GTASA GUI and
load screens with the ones from GTA IV.

INSTALLATION:
Extract the fronten2.txd to the "c:Program FilesRockstar GamesGTA San Andreasmodels" directory,
and the loadscs.txd file to the "c:Program FilesRockstar GamesGTA San Andreasmodelstxd"
directory. Back up the old files first in case you want to revert to the old GUI.
