How to install this mod? I am new to this mod thing can u please explain

Required-Tools:
TXD Tool Apk
Zarchiver Apk
Installation:
1:Open Zarchiver
2:Extract 7z File Which On Your Downloads
3:The "DXL-Retexture-Road" Folder Will Appear
4:Open TXD Tool Apk
5:Select"Open Cache "
6:Browse The Folder "Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb/gta3/Select-File
7:Click On Add Button
8:Click Uncompressed Without Alpha
9:Select The Texture Inside The Extracted Folder Directory " DXL-Retexture-Road/Without-Alpha/This"
10:Import Setting "Overwrite+Disable Camron+Add As A Road+OK
10:Import Can Take Some Time
11:Run Game
Important!
If You Can't Find gta3.text to select in TXD tool then just you have to Extract Them From The .obb File
How To Extract From OBB!
1:Open Zarchiver Apk
2:Open File Directory " Android/obb/main.8.com.rockstargames.gtasa/Select"View "/Select" texdb" Folder And Copy It
3:Past The Copy File Into Directory "Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/here
4:After This You Can Find The gta3.txt Folder In TXD Tool
