Pep Boys Store Mod

This modification gives the realism of the 90s. The famous auto parts store Pep Boys appears in the game. Also added some other interesting objects from Los Angeles in the 90s, such as the "111th Street Jesus" mural by artist Kent Twitchell, etc.
