Grand Theft Auto IV Blood Mod for SA

Adds the "Grand Theft Auto IV" Blood particles and pools to San Andreas. Very accurate blood mod compared to the game. This file needs to be pasted to the "Modloader" file. If you don't have a modloader file then search it on youtube.
