This is a bayside property. It is a mansion similar with Tony Montana's from Scarface movie. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and CJ's office with a small jacuzzi and opportunity to save the game. There is also a black huntley parked outside the mansion. You can use this mod without my permission. Enjoy!

@EVLOGITOS So I have downloaded the mod and done like you said in the tutorial message. But it doesn't work for me: either nothing happens or it only half works with the garage opening up but without letting me buy and enter the mansion. Any solutions to that? It is a sweet mod otherwise Dirol
