Fixed tire pop cleo mod

In general this is a really cool mod. Bur there is one problem; if the game is modified, the "weak cars" are probably not the same anymore. Could you solve this problem? (Maybe with request wich car does a burnout and wich doesnt; or maybe over the handlig lines...)
