My first mod for a new object with animations.
The model has the mentioned animation and new collisions.
The mod fits the atmosphere of the game and replaces the original windmill.

I used this guide, and my own ideas and trials.

For removing and replacing ifp I used "IFP Editor v0.95b".

here I see 3 things really not in logic 1st is tail it should be back side straight not 90 degree to right side. and other thing is its rotating according to blade its wrong direction. and 3rd is its make slow and some pause in left to right turn shok
