YOU CAN RUN THIS MOD IN 2 CORE PROCESSOR(INTEL/AMD [INTEL CORE DUO])+4GB RAM+INTEGRATED GRAPHICS (NO EXTERNAL GRAPHICS)
I make my mods on a laptop processor ,so this would be smoother in a desktop pc

For those who do not start the game with any mod called d3d9.dll, you must rename the exe to something other than gta_sa.exe (for example gta_sa_us.exe) or it won't start them (don't ask me why but it works with any plugin called d3d9.dll )
