Forza Horizon 1 Graphics For Low PC

so this mod add a smooth graphics very smiliar to forza horizon 1:
-added auto and smooth bloom
-skygfx ultra realistic reflection
-detailed shadows
-cool timecyc
-work even on pentium prossesor
