Save: Press button 'P' twice, while driving a car. Save fee: 7500$
Delivery: Press button 'P' on foot, and the saved car will be delivered to your location.

The Mechanic is not at work between 23:00, and 7:00.

if it is a modified car lets say a lowrider , does it come with the modified parts ?

Unfortunately, you can't save tuned cars for now, but it's planned in a future update.
