Plot:

After the main GTA:SA storyline - as we know what happened Tenpenny supposedly died in the heart of Grove. The news anchors, everyone said that "his corpse was eaten by homeless" (we could hear it in WCTR Radio after the last mission of the game). To this day, it's a big mystery that's being investigated by many myth hunters (ulown00b in general) - His series went very popular on YouTube (videos even with milion views) and this mission is purely based on that
