reflection update, material and other stuff improvements

the best International 9700 Car Hauler for SA now also on mobile. Comes with a cleo script for working upper platform and 4 cars loaded on the truck.

= headlights now light up
= unique texture names
= now supports 2 colors (truck body and “trailer”) = added reflection to the truck body and “trailer” part, looks good with or without graphics mods
= decreased the reflection of other parts
= removed custom damage
= seperated the dff's parts to prevent exceeding 20k polys, no more black cleo
