Finally Someone made this mod thanks man

Good mode but with this mode new peds dose not appear on on map because dead ppl takes there place. With this street will going empty.
I know this because i think about this mode but then i cancelled idea Because this was reason. But overall good mode. i will try.

dead ppl needs to be gone bro they need go cemetery
