[DESCRIPTION]

Farm Encounter (6:00 - 23:00)
-If you approach the farm on foot, Monster Man will attack you on foot with his knife.
-If you approach the farm on foot or get in a car when Monster Man is after you, he will run to his truck and start to chase you.
-If you fight Monster Man his Truck doors will be locked. However, if you kill him, the doors unlock.
-Once you leave the immideate vicinity of the farm Monster Man will give up chase.
-If you kill/evade him, he will respawn the following day.

Road Chase Encounter (00:00 - 5:00)
-Drive any car/be on foot
-Monster Man appears in his truck and gives chase
-If you destroy the truck, he will respawn the following day
-If you evade him, he will respawn immideatly when you come back to the road between 00:00-05:00
