Friend how do you install the mod in txd or gta3?

import the textures in gta3.txt using txd tool add dff in gta3.img using img tool can download in googleplay and put the data folders in com.rockstargames.gtasa/file then if u dont have data on your game directory make one (DATA) foler then palce (OBJECT.DAT)
