Call the Cops V1 (bit Deferent) for Mobile

This working with 1+4 because in old sometimes Script cancelled when we change our weapon.
Also increased:-
•Cops now more aware
•Increase Hp from 500 to 900
•Increase Accuracy to 90
•Normal Pistol like all other cops
