Hey , I really love this script and been using this for a long time now but still enjoying it, I like how I can freely do the sub missions without any pressure from the timer. However, there's one thing you forgot to include, which is the timer for the Vigilante Helicopter mission.

To solve this, I tried to mess with your script (forgive me for not asking permission from you first ), but I don't want to steal your hard worked script, so I want to propose to you this lines I replaced in order for you to include the Vigilante Helicopter Mission in this script.
