Heavenly Timecycle for Mobile

Hey all! its me O_O

There is some mistake that i made in GTAinside, the category is messed up because i suddenly press home button and then it refreshed so i cant choose the category. i dont know how to delete the mods that i upload in GTAinside so i double-upload this mod

so i came with brand new Timecyc and of course i'm not stealing from others, i make it myself

note: its still on development but if you want it you can just download it and tell me if there's anything that i need to change in the future

features in v0.1h:
- Nice Midnight (construction reflectiom from sky is kinda grape-colour)
- 6-7am the sky is blue-orange gradient (almost same as redux but kinda different)
- day start at 10am
- Blue sky at midday
- Afternoon start at 6pm
- Night start at 8pm

UPDATE v0.2h
- Better Sky
- Real Night Weather (Sunny and Extrasunny is same)
- Great Reflection on object
- Change some stuff
